If you did not install the Hieroglyphic Print Machine 2 in its default setting – ie. You did not install it on C;\program files\ Hieroglyphic Print Machine 2

When you get to ‘Select Destination Directory’ click ‘browse’ and navigate to the drive where you installed the Hieroglyphic Print Machine 2.

Double Click the folder ‘Hieroglyphic Print Machine 2’ then ‘Print Studio Files’ then ‘PrintImages’ then ‘CreativeStudio’ then ‘OK’

You will then see this message ‘Hieroglyphic Print Machine 2\Print Studio Files\PrintImages\CreativeStudio\28GardinerCode already exists. Would you like to install into that directory anyway?’
Click ‘Yes’

Then continue the installation in the normal way.
