Newsletter 019
This will be the last newsletter of 2009 the next one will be in January. My original intention was to publish these newsletters every month but with the pressures of work and the need to put bread on the table I seem to be only doing them every two months.
This newsletter tells the story of Amenemhab, a soldier who got blood on his clothes but enjoyed his work. There is a free 2010 calendar for you to printout; some great videos and the latest Egyptology news. Also check out the Heritage Key website and the updated Theban Mapping Project which was the featured website in my first newsletter.
I’ve really got into posterous recently - the simplest blogging platform out there. You just do it all by email even from your phone. I post about once a week on any subject that takes my fancy - you will find a link to my blog below. If you want to start your own blog go to http://posterous.com to find out how to do it – it’s dead easy. When you’re up and running let me know and I’ll subscribe to your blog.
I hope you enjoy this newsletter and I wish you a joyous Christmas and a happy New Year.
